By using Tolpar, users agree to these Terms.

Account Use

Users may create an account using email/password and email OTP verification. Users are responsible for keeping their login information secure.

Tolpar Balance

Tolpar may allow users to add balance through supported third-party payment providers. Tolpar Balance is used only for Tolpar-supported machines and services.

Tolpar Balance is NOT a bank account, NOT a mobile financial service, NOT cryptocurrency, NOT transferable, and CANNOT be withdrawn as cash.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Tolpar does not store card numbers, bank account information, mobile financial account passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.

If a payment is deducted by a payment provider but does not appear in Tolpar Balance, the issue will be reviewed based on payment gateway records and Tolpar system logs.

QR Scan and Machine Use

Users may use the app to scan QR codes and access supported machines.

Users must:

Smart Fridge / Vending / Locker / Powerbank Use

For food or vending machines, users should check product details before purchase.

For lockers, users must not store illegal, dangerous, flammable, hazardous, perishable, or prohibited items.

For powerbank rental, users must return the device within the required time. Late return or non-return may result in charges from Tolpar Balance or account restriction.

Refunds and Failed Transactions

Refunds may be provided when:

SOHUB Ecosystem Information

Tolpar may show information, banners, logos, and links related to other SOHUB initiatives. These are shown for ecosystem awareness and user convenience.

Tolpar's primary purpose remains smart machine access and connected machine services.

Support

Support is available through email and hotline during business hours.

Tolpar aims to respond as soon as reasonably possible, but response time may vary depending on issue type, business hours, technical investigation, and machine location.

Account Suspension

SOHUB may suspend or restrict an account if there is suspected misuse, fraud, machine damage, payment abuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

SOHUB may update these Terms when needed. The latest version will be available inside the app or on SOHUB's official website.
